The most direct and immediate remediation is to tighten the Security Group rules, which act as a virtual firewall for the instances. Restricting inbound traffic to specific, necessary sources (like the corporate network IP range or associated Security Groups for internal services) closes the exposure while maintaining required connectivity. Deleting IPs may cause downtime, and WAF/vulnerability scans are secondary protective or detective measures, not immediate fixes for misconfigured access rules.

Huawei Cloud OBS integrated with KMS provides Customer-Managed Keys (CMKs). This allows you to create, manage, and rotate your own encryption keys for data at rest in OBS.
